Modular & Block-Based Website Redesign

SOL Edu & Migration / 2025–Present Role: Designer

The original plan was a 1:1 rebuild, but I reframed the real problem as the company's long-term dependency on external developers, and proposed a modular, block-based system instead. By defining reusable blocks, internal teams could assemble most content pages themselves, cutting the number of pages that needed a developer from 30 to 10.  The system lowered development costs and is now being extended to Chinese and Thai markets.

Visualizing Uncertainty: The Whole-life Crisis

Master’s Project / 2025 Role: Designer

It started from a personal question: why life still feels uncertain in your 30s. I researched how people across ages experience crisis, and reframed it as a continuous "Whole-Life Crisis" rather than something tied to one stage.

I translated qualitative interviews into a multi-dimensional Life Graph system that maps emotion, certainty, and crisis over time, then designed it into a product for reflection and comparison.  Users found that visualizing their lives made invisible patterns clear and made personal struggles feel shared.

Interactive Demo for Cybersecurity Product

SecureAge Technology / 2023 Role: Creative Designer

Our flagship security product could only be understood through sales-led demos, leaving a gap between interest and understanding. I designed a self-guided interactive demo built on the real product UI, focusing on a few key workflows so users could grasp a complex product before ever talking to sales.

Working hands-on with leadership and a developer, I produced it with existing resources and shifted the product experience from static explanation to self-directed exploration.

Website Redesign for Cybersecurity Company

SecureAge Technology / 2020–2021 Role: Creative Designer / Project Manager

As project lead for our global website relaunch at SecureAge, I owned the project end to end: selecting and directing UX and development agencies, coordinating between multiple external partners, and aligning internal teams across sales, product, marketing, and support. I set scope, timelines, and design direction, and kept agencies and stakeholders moving toward one shared strategy.

Within three months of launch, traffic rose 109%, leads 133%, and content clicks 54%, supported by marketing campaigns the new site was built to enable.

Improving the UI of Endpoint Protection Software

SecureAge Technology / 2022 Role: Creative Designer

Brought into the relaunch of our endpoint security product mid-project, I led the UI direction on top of an external agency's draft. I created sample screens and a UI system covering color, typography, iconography, and accessibility aligned to WCAG contrast standards, which the agency applied across dozens of screens plus the web portal for device management.

The work brought a dated interface up to a consistent, accessible, on-brand standard.
